What is XXI Online Games?
XXI Online Games is an independent mobile game studio based in Bucharest, Romania, in the EU. We design and ship single-player, offline-first, ad-free simulation and story-driven games for iPhone, iPad and Android.
Which games has XXI Online Games released?
Three so far, all live on Google Play and the App Store: MOGUL — Empire Tycoon, a business and stock market simulator; Spotlight Dreams: Actor Life, a cinematic Hollywood life simulator; and Downfall Survival Sim, a post-apocalyptic bunker survival strategy game. A fourth title is in production.
Are the games free?
Yes. Every game is free to download. Each offers a few optional one-time purchases that unlock extra content and never expire. There are no subscriptions, no ads and no pay-to-win.
Do the games work offline?
Yes. All of our games are fully playable offline. Your save lives on your device, and the only network use is the store when you buy or restore a purchase.
Are the games available on iPhone and Android?
Yes. Every title is on the App Store for iPhone and iPad running iOS 15 or later, and on Google Play for Android phones and tablets.
Do the games show ads or collect data?
No ads, no advertising IDs, no tracking across other apps and no accounts. MOGUL and Downfall collect nothing at all. Spotlight Dreams asks once whether you want to share anonymous usage analytics, and stays silent unless you say yes. Each game has its own privacy notice, linked in the footer, plus the studio privacy policy.
