Account & Data Deletion

Last updated: September 13, 2026
Delete your Empirewake: Kingdoms at War account directly in Settings → Account → Delete account. This also works for guest accounts. If you no longer have access to the game, use the email option below.

Delete your account in the game

  1. Open your Warden profile, then Settings → Account.
  2. Choose Delete account and review what will be removed and retained.
  3. Tick the confirmation and choose Delete account.
  4. For an email-linked account, enter the six-digit deletion code sent to your linked email and confirm deletion. For a guest account, the game checks the guest credential already saved on your device.

Your account is closed and signed out when the request is accepted. Cleanup continues in the background. The game saves a deletion receipt on your device so you can reopen it and check progress until deletion is complete. This cannot be undone.

Signing out, clearing the cache or uninstalling does not delete your server account. Keep the app and its saved data until the deletion status shows complete if you want to check progress there.

Cannot access the game?

You can request account or specific data deletion without installing, reopening or signing in to the game. Use this option for lost access or older versions without the deletion button.

Email an Empirewake deletion request

Send your request to [email protected] with the subject Empirewake account and data deletion request. Include:

Never send a password, email verification code, guest credential or payment-card details. We may ask for proportionate proof that the account is yours. A name alone may not be enough. We normally respond within one month; if more time is legally permitted and required, we will explain why.

Delete earlier optional analytics

In the Android or iOS app, open Settings → Privacy & Data → Show analytics ID while analytics is enabled. Copy the displayed installation ID into your deletion request before turning analytics off, deleting your account or uninstalling. Do not post it publicly. We do not automatically associate this ID with your Warden, so we need it to locate installation-level analytics.

Choose Don’t allow to stop new analytics and reset the identifier on your device. Accepted in-app account deletion also turns off analytics and resets its local identifier on that device. This does not automatically delete historical events on Google's servers. If you no longer have the old ID, tell us; we may be unable to locate those events, and they remain subject to the property's retention setting. The browser game does not currently collect Firebase analytics.

What deletion covers

DataDeletion and retention
Email, authentication sessions, private account dataRemoved or revoked as part of verified account deletion. Access cannot be restored after completion.
Kingdom and progressYou lose access to the account, progress and goods. Shared-world actions may need to finish safely before cleanup completes.
Messages and guild/battle historyPrivate account associations and applicable private data are removed. Some shared records remain for other players and world consistency, using a replacement identity where appropriate. Recipients may already have saved copies of messages.
Optional Firebase analyticsNew collection stops when you decline. Earlier installation data can be requested for deletion using the analytics ID, or expires under the Analytics retention setting. Aggregate statistics may remain.
Purchases and receiptsNecessary financial, refund, anti-fraud and entitlement records may remain for legal and transaction-integrity purposes. Deletion is not a refund. Apple and Google manage their own store records.
Security records and backupsOnly information still required for security, recovery or legal obligations is retained, with restricted access. Backup copies expire through the backup replacement cycle.

The in-game deletion status shows when account cleanup is complete. For email requests, we will reply with the outcome and explain any data that must remain and why. If you only want to withdraw analytics consent, you do not need to delete your kingdom.
